I have visited this restaurants twice since the start of 2012. I had avoided it for over a year after my previous experience here which is documented in the other review. Since then they have recruited a chef which food intolerances and so the kitchen is much more knowledgeable on Coeliac Disease and GF food. At christmas I had roast duck, and last week I had scallops to start, with stuffed chicken and poached pears for dessert. All very tasty and no problems the next morning. Still no GF menu but much better.
Have come here a number of times over the years, and was recently told that all sauces are no longer gluten free. This makes it basically impossible to choose food other than a dry salad (they wont guarantee the salad dressings). Staff unhelpful and unwilling to adapt menu. This is a great shame.
